John and Jemimah Forde have been residents of Chinchilla since February 2006. John has worked in the building industry since leaving school, starting his carpentry apprenticeship straight after graduating. Building is a family tradition, John comes from family of carpenters and builders and has been a tradesman for 12 years. John and Jemimah are very approachable and easy to work with.

Jemimah works hand in hand with John with the day to day running of the business along with consulting with clients on colour co-ordination for their dream homes.

They have 3 young children and are looking to make Chinchilla their permanent home. Both John and Jemimah have a great belief in the Chinchilla region. All of our carpenters on staff are local people. Forde Builders homes range from budget priced units for the investor or to the large home for buyers wanting unique attributes. “We want people to be very proud that they have built a Forde Builders home”
